Canasteel Jewelry is a wholesale-only manufacturer, meaning we can only sell to approved shops that fit our criteria.

Typically we aim to review account applications within a few business days of receiving them, however this time may vary depending on the current queue of applications.

No! We do not require our customers to be a member of the APP, however discounts may be available to you upon verification!

No! We do not have a minimum purchase amount to place an order with us.

While we do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Factors such as order size, complexity, and current demand may impact the production time. We strive to have orders shipped out within 10 business days.

Current lead time for gold is 2-3 weeks prior to being shipped.

Orders in Canada over $1000 qualify for free standard shipping.

Otherwise the shipping will be a live rate calculation based on your area, and shipping speed selection.

We currently use FedEx as our primary courier service.

No, we only sell to approved professional piercing shops.

All of our titanium jewelry is manufactured in-house using only ASTM-F-136 implant grade titanium.

Unless stated, our jewelry standard is press fit.

If there is a piece that we do not offer as threaded, you can request threading by sending us an email at sales@canasteeljewelry.ca.

*Please note adding threading to a piece will result in an additional service fee.

All of our shafts are internally threaded.

Our gems are either a Cubic Zirconia or a Nanogem.
